Interested in solar panels? While the Massachusetts Municipal Light Plant Solar Rebate Program stopped accepting applications on June 30, 2021, Ipswich Electric Light Department (IELD) continues to offer solar rebates to its customers.
IELD offers a $0.30/watt rebate for residential and commercial solar projects. Eligible commercial solar installations must be 25 kW or less, with a 10 kW limit for residential, with less than 20% shading, and facing between 90 and 270 degrees.
