Massachusetts EVIPs Fleet Incentives: MassEVIP Fleets is a grant program offered through the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP). The program offers grants of up to $7,500 for public entities to purchase or lease electric vehicles or plug-in hybrid electric vehicles or electric vehicle charging stations.
