Weatherization Rebates

Templeton Municipal Light & Water Plant offers Weatherization rebates on efficient home upgrades such as insulation and duct sealing. Refer to the table below to see if your weatherization measures qualify. Blower Door Test & Air Sealing	50% of purchase price up to a maximum rebate of $750
Insulation	50% of purchase price up to a maximum rebate of $750
Duct Sealing	50% of purchase price up to a maximum rebate of $750

*Post-installation inspections are required to receive rebates. Call 888-333-7525 to schedule an inspection.

Eligible measures must be installed between 1/1/2026 and 12/31/2026. Applications must be submitted online or postmarked by 1/31/2027.
