PHEV Charger Application

Sterling Municipal Light Department (SMLD) customers, fill out the below application to apply for a rebate on a Level 2 residential charger. Customers with a PHEV that have a battery with <15 kWh Battery Capacity are eligible to receive a rebate of $200. Customers with a PHEV that have a battery with 15 kWh Battery Capacity or greater are eligible to receive a $300 rebate.

Please note that the customer is responsible for hiring an electrician to install the EV charger and to determine if the existing electrical service is adequately sized to accommodate the new EV charger.

Application requires a signed charging agreement. All fields must be filled out in order to move application forward in processing.
